To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and controlled environment for all visitors, NetX Sports Arena has implemented the following Child Policy:

1. Age Restriction

• Entry to the premises is limited to individuals aged 17 years and above.


• Children under 17 years old are not permitted to enter the arena unless accompanied by a responsible adult.


 

2. Adult Supervision Requirement

• All children under the age of 17 must be actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while onsite.


• The supervising adult must remain within the premises for the duration of the child’s visit and is fully responsible for the child’s safety, behaviour, and compliance with all venue rules.


 

3. Court & Activity Access

• Participation in any sports activities, classes, or programs by children under 17 years old  is only permitted under approved programs, designated time slots, or with direct supervision from a responsible adult or legal guardian/ parents depending on the activity.


 

4. Safety & Behaviour

• Children must remain in designated areas and must not run, climb, or engage in unsafe behaviour around courts, café, spectator zones, or other operational areas.


• NetX Sports Arena reserves the right to ask any child or supervising adult to leave the premises if behaviour compromises safety or disrupts other guests.

 

5. Liability

• The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for the child’s welfare and actions.

• NetX Sports Arena does not accept liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision or failure to comply with this policy.


 

6. Right to Refuse Entry

• NetX Sports Arena reserves the right to refuse entry to any unsupervised child under 17 years old, or to anyone who does not comply with the above requirements.

• NetX Sports Arena reserves the right to request a valid ID upon entry to the arena.
